Q: It’s my first time on Fitness Freaks Forever. How Do I Get Started?
That’s great! You can scroll through our journey, read some testimonials and have a look at the services we offer. Basis your personal goal you can check the packages available and sign up for any of them!
Q: After I sign up, what will be the process?
As soon as you sign up on the platform, one of our nutritionists will be contacting you via Whatsapp/e-mail and will be sending a questionnaire to understand your lifestyle and eating pattern. Soon after that, a call will be set-up to discuss your diet plan in detail.
Please note, you will be sent a progress tracker which has to be updated every week before your call with the nutritionist.
Q: Is there a referral code as well?
Yes! We have a referral program. As soon as you sign up with us, we will be sharing a referral code with you via Whatsapp/e-mail.
How does the referral work?
Once your referred friend signs up for either of us packages, you will receive a 20% off on your next plan
Your friend will also get a 20% discount in the first time he/she joins
Q: Can I get an extension on the plan if I miss a few days from my package?
You can pause your 3 month plan for a maximum of 10 days. Once that is done we will not be able to adjust those days further in the package.
Q: Can I avail any discount on the packages?
Incase we have a promotional discount, the same will be reflecting on the website. Unfortunately, you cannot avail any other discounts apart from the ones mentioned.

Q: Will I be able to get my payment refunded if I wish to stop my plan?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the money once the payment has been made.
Q: Will I be able to transfer my membership to someone else?
No, the membership once taken in the name of the client cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Q: How do I know that my personal information is protected?
Please be rest assured, all the information shared with us will be kept confidential at all times and will always be between you and your nutritionist.
